In FIM Sync, we have Inbound Sync Rule of ADDS MA and Outbound sync Rule of ADDS MA. In FIM Portal,suddenly we have seen some 100s of blank users created with no (display name,no first name,no last name, no account Name). I din't understand why those users had created. I had checked on one user and the "created by" field is showing as "Built in Synchronization account". By this i came to know that this creation of blank users is due FIM SYNc.

Could you please help out...

Hello,

sounds like there are some attribute flows missing in the FIMService MA to export those attributes from MV to portal.

or/and

you are importing some maybe "unnecessary" account (like service accounts) that dont have these attribute (except accountname)

In general all users in mv will be exported to Portal, you can not filter that.

So you should also have these accounts in MV to check if the attributes are corectly set there.
If so, check FIM MA export flows in MA first.
