Blue Screen
Hello,
I haven't seen an identical question. I get the following when my Windows 7 crashes:
Problem Event: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033
BCCCode: d1
BCP1: all zeros ending in capital A
BCP2: all zeros ending in digit 2
BCP3: all zeros
BCP4: FFFFF880019220B4
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1
I've gathered it might be a driver issue, but how might I fix that? Where would I go?

I'd check the video drivers first. Check on the computer manufactures website or the video card manufactures site for the latest drivers. Also you can run a system scan for corrupted files by going to start, run and typing in sfc /scannow just as I have
typed it. There is a space between the c and the /

The Stop 0x000000D1 (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access (for reading, as indicated by the value of BCP3) pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
Locate the DMP file in the \Windows\Minidump folder, upload it to your Windows Live SKyDrive, make it publicly accessible and post the URL here so we can analyze it and try to understand the reason of this problem.

What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?
Please post a copy of your dumpfile as a shared file to your Sky Drive with a link here.

For advice on how to configure your system to create dump files please read:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/254649
The dumpfile will be created at c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to see
the file. To show hidden files type Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and "Hide protected operating system files" is unchecked.
You may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked.Hope this helps, Gerry
