I am running a new HP ProBook 4420s with intel core i3 processor with windows 7 . The laptop randomly shuts itself down for no apparent reason and reboots to the log in screen. After logging back in it says that it has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. It says it will check for a solution to the problem but then nothing else happens.
