Dear All, I am currently using the Windows 7 64-bit in Toshiba Satellite M500-5433. My laptop has started crashing since the first few days I purchased it. I removed all the softwares installed, but the problem still persists. Then I ran a Recovery Process, and the laptop crashed halfway thru, so I am unable to access to Windows at all. When I go back to the shop where I bought the laptop, they claimed its the RAM problem and changed the RAM stick for me. Initially it ran smoothly, but just after few hours, it started crashing again. Down here is the link of the dump file for your reference. I really do hope that my problem can be solved. This is my new laptop and I am quite tired experiencing so much trouble with it.
