Broadband connection is being hanged up after frequent reconnection(redial)
Hi, I'm currently facing low signal strength of my ISP, that's why my broadband connection is being redialed frequently. I've set redial attempts to '99' which is max allowed & idle time before hang up is set to 'never'. Instead of that after frequent redialing the connection is being hanged up, then neither I can disconnect it manually nor its automatically disconnecting. Connection status is 'Connected' but no internet access. It is of no use until I restart my system... Please suggest something...

1.I would address the ISP = the very first step and communication chanel provider. 2. If you have broadband wifi, then use antenna with higher gain and lossless connection cable, otherwise ask telco for increase of signal level, or use the highest sensitivity router (or both) This seems to be problem not on the Windows 7 side. Hi , I would recommend you to perform the steps mentioned below and check if it helps: 1.Temporarily disable all the third party security programs and boot in Clean Boot to check if there are some conflicts cause it . If the everything is fine in clean boot mode, please take the step 2-step 7 in Clean Boot to determine which program or service may be cause the issue. 2. Update or reinstall the NIC driver.
