Hi all!

At first, I haven't found libraries in Windows 8.1. After a while, I found them and created shortcuts into the folders of "This PC". When I used the shortcuts, windows refreshes and shortcut icon dissappears. When I click an empty area, the icon comes back. Here is the .zip file w/ a .mht which shows the bug.

To find the library, you can open Windows Explorer, or any folder view and then right click and select show libraries from Navigation Pane.
