Without UAC the system is work normally.

Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

Hi,
Thanks for the post.
When you tried to use sfc/scannow to check the integrality of system files but an issue occured. Maybe some files in the Winsxs folder is corrupted. If so, the easiest way to repair it is to make an In-place upgrade.

Hello again,
I have seen this error: HRESULT = 0x80004005
Please try disabling all security softwares and try again.
If this does not help, I think it will be better to perform a repair install of your OS (In-place upgrade).

Hi,
This behavior definitely is not normal. I need you to continue the action. Please upload the whole setupact.log and setuperr.log files to Skydrive.
Because this log may indicate why Windows 7 choose partition D to store its temp files and why the System volume and boot volume cannot be prepared for installation.
Thanks.

Juke
