CAN'T ACCESS CONTROL PANEL. PLEASE HELP!
Hi there! Thanks in advance. When I open "Start Menu" and I move the mouse pointer over to "Control Panel", instead of opening it, the whole screen disappears and then it flashes (like when you refresh the desktop and everything disappears and then appears again) And again, I go back to "Start Menu", this time I click on "Control Panel" and it does exactly the same thing. So, whether I click or stand on it, that's what it does and there is no way of opening it.Please, somebody help me!
