Dear ,

we have lync 2013 in our setup with polycom CX500/600/700/3000 devices.

on phone when we check contact card of any user , by default SIP address display , telephone or mobile numbers not display.

but when we add contact on outlook , telephone & mobile numbers also displayed on phone.

if we make a call by numbers , some time work number Is displaying.

is this default behavior or work around.

It seems to be a known issue.

You can try to update to the latest firmware to these IP Phones and then test again.

Hi in lync 2010 it is showing but not in 2013 lync users, we trying to customize lync addressbook using ABSconfig.exe in lync 2013 ,but some options are grayed out in lync 2013 not lync 2010. 

as bellows , any have solution for this
