Calendar - E-mail
I would like to know if Outlook has the capability of sending delayed e-mails. IE - If you send out a note to someone to do something by a certian date - a follow-up note the day of or day before without using your calendar to remind you to send a note.1 person needs an answerI do too

The correct location for Outlook questions like this is http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/outlooksend/threads.Out of the box, you can perform a delayed send of a message (but you have to create it and specify that it should be delivered later) or you can have Outlook remind you about responding to a message via a follow-up flag. Anything automatic like you describe would take writing VBA code for yourself or purchasing a third-party add-in. See this for something along those lines: Scheduling a Recurring Message.Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]------------------------------If a reply helps, please vote it as helpful.
