Can't activate
Well here is the problem, I have had this laptop From HP for over a year now and I've never had any problems With it but now I'm getting messages that it's not genuine Software, yet I know The Key really is I bought the software from a Well
known Pc shop in my country. And everytime i try to enter the product key it says I should call support I have and they've not been able to help me out
I run on windows 7 home premium

What, exactly, do you mean by "they've not been able to help me out"?
When you called Microsoft for assistance with your activation issue, what, exactly, did they tell you?
IME, users are not left hanging by the support people. Did they tell you your key is invalid or counterfeit?

No, it was an automated system That didn't make Sense to me
it asked me to enter a key that should be on the screen but There was no key, the windows said i would have to enter a code I heard When I Called them

According the issue, I recommend that you may run theMicrosoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool .Inside the tool click "Copy" and paste the output here.

You can also try to activate your Windows by phone:
Run slui.exe 4 , select your country and call the number.

They told you that because your license for Windows is OEM (original equipment manufacturer). This means that HP got a very cheap price for Windows licenses and in return agreed to be fully responsible for Windows support and warranty fulfullment.
