Can't connect to Linksys WAG54GS from ASUS P5B-Deluxe WiFi
Right,I recently installed Vista Ultimate because its all spangly and more game oriented.Fantastic, I though. I can finally have a good looking OS to surf the net and play online with. Not the case, it seems. I eventually got the drivers installed from the ASUS website, so my motherboard drivers are all installed correctly. I tried to get online, but I had to connect to my wireless router first(the WAG54GS). I entered my WPA key EXACTLY, and it started as if it was connecting. It then gives me a message saying it can't connect for an unknown reason. My wireless adapter is built into my motherboard, by the way. Its the ASUS P5B- Deluxe WiFi Edition using WiFi Solo. It works perfectly under XP.How do I fix this? I hope I haven't wasted 300 on a new coaster.

I am also facing the similar issue with my Toshibe Laptop. If anyone gets any clue, kindly let it be shared with everyone.

See thread "Unable to connect with WPA active in Vista"& lose all hope. When you've done that, go to "Vista won't connect to internet..." and you may find an anwer that works for you. It did for me, after wasting days, and just before I was about to go out & buy a new router!
