I have downloaded the software and I can see the files are ISO but when I click to run I'm taken to Window Media. I'm currently running on Vista Ultimate

You need to either burn the iso to a dvd disc, or mount the image in a virtual drive. You can use the free software "imgburn" http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn the iso to a disc. Then you can install the software.
