Can't sign in to Lync

Lync is hosted at our Central location and multiple of our new and existing lync users are receiving the message below when trying to log in to Lync.  I am in the same location as the users that are having this issue but when I test their access on my LYNC client I am able to access but not from their lync client.  Any ideas?

The message:

'Lync couldn't find a lync Server for domain name. There might be an issue with the Domain Name System (DNS) configuration for your domain.  Please contact your support team.'

check that your users have the correct automatic configuration DNS records available to them via their configured DNS servers.

Hi,

Would you please elaborate the Lync Server environment (Standard or Enterprise Edition)?

From the description above, it can be the issue of DNS configuration. On the issued Lync client, please try to login Lync manually instead of automatically. If they can login successfully with manual method but with automatic method, the DNS configuration is wrong.

Please double check the DNS setting with the following link:

Eason
