Thanks for the help.I had a look at what you recommended but it all looks fine to me, but thereagain I'm not sure what i'm looking at.

Funny you should mention a Samsung printer. I do have a Samsung printer (wireless) I have reinstalled Windows so the printer software/drivers would have been deleted when this was done. I am going to reinstall the software for this now I have everything reinstalled.Thanks for your reply.
