Can't uncheck 'Run this program as an administrator' in Windows 7
After enabling Full Control everywhere I can think of in Users for a standard user login and unchecking 'Run this program as an administrator' in the Outlook Properties window for all users, an admin login is still required when logging in as a standard
user. While logged in as a standard user, when the Outlook Properties window is opened, the Privilege Level is elevated and can't be unchecked even when providing the Administrator password.
What other settings might be required to allow a standard user to run Outlook?
