I start setup from a Windows 7 my computer window and the result is a windows 8 message:

setup has failed to initialize working directory

I've read through several error lists and as a result disabled my Internet connection and disabled antimaleware to no effect, also ran setup as administrator, same problem

For the issue, we cannot upgrade to windows 8 Pro from a Windows 7 Ultimate N.
