Can't use program anymore
I am able to launch coffeecup flash menu builder. It opens up a "quick tips" type box. When I try to close it, I'm told "Cannot create file "C:\Users\my name\AppData\Roaming\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup flash Menu Builder\settings". Access is denied." I'm running Windows 7. I've tried re-installing the program. I've tried restoring Windows to a point when I could access the files. I've tried making all folders on my computer accessible to every user, including my dog (I'm trying to keep my sense of humor). Still no dice. Any suggestions?

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx download process monitor, set a filter to your application and then try to find out what file exactly gets the access denied. should tell you what file exactly is not accessible and needs changed security.

Hi, This issue can occur by incorrect permission. To troubleshoot the issue, I suggest you refer to the following article to take ownership of the folder location: C:\Users\my name\AppData\Roaming\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup flash Menu Builder\settings Take Ownership of a File or Folder If the issue persists, you can download Process Monitor and find the detail cause as FZB was mentioned.
