Can I delete old service packs, security updates, etc. from an older computer as long as I keep the most recent one(s)?
I have an older computer with not much RAM or Memory (and I don't know much of what that means), but can I use the Add/Remove Programs thing from Control Panel and delete older files. Specifically, I see a .NET Framework 2.0 but we also have a 3.0, so can the 2.0 be deleted? Also, there are lots of security updates. Can the oldest ones be deleted if I keep the new ones? Or do new ones just cover different things and all are necessary to have?2 people need an answerI do too
