Can Windows XP automatically shutdown after it has finished scheduled tasks?

Is there a program in Windows XP that can do this ? <!-- [if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!-- [endif]--> 2. If not, is there a free program that I can download that can do this ? <!-- [if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!-- [endif]-->1 person needs an answerI do too
