I am trying to install new security software, but it will not install because it finds something left in my system from Lavasoft Ad-Aware and says it is incompatable software. My search engine finds nothing, even in hidden folders, and the only place I find anything is in Add or Remove, where there is a line titled Ad-Aware, but there is no remove button, and trying to right or left click on it has no effect. I have tried to reload the Free Ad-aware hoping it will remove the old, and it tries to, but cannot. Even had Lavasoft tech support try for over two hours, but he could not fix it and gave up.
