I need to back up a lot of data. Too difficult / inconvenient to burn back up to CDS so bought a Maxell Executive 16GB USB/Pen/Flash/Stick Drive. (Take it theya re all just different names for the same thing?)Now it seems I canot use it?When I try it always stops after about 4.5 GBs and says "The Tape is Full. Please insert the Next Tape." Tried various things - reloading Windows, dwnloaded an MS Hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817765/en-usto try to solve this problem - but nothing seems to work. Probably the USB drive is formatted FAT32 and you have large files. Format the drive NTFS. You should also be aware that USB thumb drives are not a good permanent backup solution. They are fragile and easily lost. A better solution is an external hard drive. I like Western Digital MyBook drives.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
