I have a program called emerald viewer and it wouldn't close. I tried alt F4, and end task in task manager. In desperation after many attempts I typed shutdown -f in command prompt. I logged out and logged back in. Now it is a process that won't end. I try end process in task manager, and pskill in command prompt, but nothing works. The only thing that works is to restart my computer. Is there any way to end the application or process? (This is a common problem with me). I have Windows 7 on my HP G50-112NR Notebook PC.
