Cannot delete a file thta I own and have all permissions for
I am trying to delete a PSE file that I am the owner of and have full control over. I get a message that I need permission from myself. This is a file that need to be deleted frequently to refresh the preferences so it's not practicak tobe going in thru safe mode all the time to delete it. The file is in \allusers.

Hi, Based on your description, I would like to confirm if the PSE file is produced by some third-party software. In this situation, I suggest you disable User Account Control, and then try deleting this file again. Alex, I have questions: Where is the file currently located on your hard drive? Are you logged on to the machine as the same user that created/copied the file to the machine? As Alex asked, was this PSE file created by third party software? Troy
