Since my computer updated from 8 to 8.1 I cannot get printmaster to work.  I have tried downloading it several times, but I cannot figure out how to do it.  This program is very important to me and fun to use.  HELP!

PrinterMaster doesn't belongs to Microsoft, you do need to contact its support for further assistance.

You may need to install the application in Compatibility Mode. Some users have reported that Windows XP (Service Pack 3) Compatibility Mode is required to install some versions of PrintMaster. Some users have also reported that the install must be run as Administrator.

Users have reported that various versions of PrintMaster are compatible with Windows 8.1. See these results from the Windows Compatibility Center.

Have you tried running the file that is downloaded? In order to install the application you will need to run the installer provided by the download, for example setup.exe.
