Cannot load Adobe Premiere 6.5 into Windows 7
I insert the Premiere 6.5 DVD into drive. The load screen comes up but when you click on install Adobe 6.0, it does not respond. PLEASE HELP

Here are some suggestions you can try:1. Insert the Premiere 6.5 DVD on another Windows 7 machine for a test. Is the software installed successfully?2. Perform a Clean Boot and install Adobe in this mode.3. Download the Adobe installation package from Internet and install it again.Thanks,Novak

It won't work on Vista either because Adobe won't update the drivers. Lobby them and let Adobe know you're not willing to buy/upgrade their new CS editing software. Maybe its time to go to Mac and get Final Cut Pro...

Yup same problem here as Panda. I agree, this forced upgrade policy sticks in my throat.
