Cannot locate my network service provider.
I cannot install my wireless networking on my laptop. Everytime i click on search it shows all different networks but not my own network. I tried all kinds of wireless network setting that my provider issued me but still not showing up. I changed the wireless adapter, which the Bell technician suggest but still not picking up my network. I followed all settings but windows cannot find mt ssid. Laptop works on cable connectios. What could the problem be? Can someone help. Thanks. 1 person needs an answerI do too

HiAssuming that you have a Wireless Router and that you are close to it.Connect to the Router with a wire (see the Router manual for How-to).Log to the Wireless menus and make sure that there is an entry in the SSID and it is broadcasting.---------------Wireless in geenral, http://www.ezlan.net/wireless.html Jack - Microsoft MVP, Windows Networking.
