However, the USB2.0 device driver is not installed and the computer cannot find the driver to install.

Ruth - That makes no sense... If the USB 2.0 driver isn't installed, then how can you install the printer? It can't detect the printer so the driver for the printer can't possibly work correctly, let alone be completely installed.Can you give us more info on your system - i.e.. who makes it, model number, etc..? Someone might be able to find the right driver forthe USB system.
