Cannot schedule online meeting from Outlook for Mac 2011

I have (Office for Mac home and business 2011) Outlook version 14.3.5. and downloaded Lyn for Mac version 14.0 (which I just downloaded from the internet). They both work fine independently and are connected to our corporate Exchange. Normally we use PCs and all works fine.

But when I open new Meeting and select Create online meeting I just get a gray note on the screen "Please wait...." and it just keeps staying, but nothing happens. To get rid off this meeting invitation window the only way is to force quit Outlook. Sometimes I get a message that email accounts are not the same (but they are).

I have marked all Outlook related tabs in Lync.

Are there perhaps other settings I should tweak?

I seem to have some expired Microsoft Lync online meetings certificates also. Not sure if there is an issue and from where to get these updated?

Should I re-install Outlook, reinstall Lync?

Also I was wandering how do I add conference call information (Intercall) to Lync invite that is sent through email from Lync directly for instant meet. I am using this in my PC all the time.

It seems related with the outlook. You can try to reinstall outlook.
