I need to uninstall/remove these updates so that my VMWare works. Also causing Aventail not to work properly, no server access. Windows 7 (x64)

If they are Microsoft updates go to programs and features in control panel and look on the left side for view installed updates. You should be able to remove them from there. They are microsoft updates, but they are not listed in the add/remove programs section. Only select updates are listed there. To find the 2482017 & 2467023, I have to go to Windows Update > View Update History. The option to uninstall is not available there. I can only view when specific updates were installed and links to more information about the particular update. I do not have a recovery point to revert to. I appreciate the link, but it does not apply to me because Its not exactly VMWare that i use. Its actually dameware, that goes through screwdrivers. I have reviewed the problem that the VMWare users have had and determined that the source of their problem and mine are the same.

Hi John, I check my update history, the two updates are there. Open your View Update History, Then click "To remove any update, see installed updates", then check the date about 11/2/2011 around, they're there. Right-click it, then uninstall.
