I just bought an Acer Aspire E1-521-0865 at a pawnshop. it turns on fine and takes me to the log on password screen. but the people at the pawnshop didn't know the password to the computer and i cant get by it. i dont have windows 8 recovery disk for it. and i cannot reset the password or do anything on the computer. is there anything i can do to boot the computer back to manufacturer settings? i've tried different password recovery tools i've found online, i've tried and paid for the Windows Password Reset Professional and that didn't work... is there anything else i can do because i really need the computer for school and the pawnshop wont take the computer back unless the password is removed which they should have done in the first place.... need help... thank you.

It is not recommand using third party tool to reset the Windows password. I suggest you contact Acer to restore the PC to the factory settings.
