Cant get into safe mode, windows 8.1, running out of options
Hi,

Lately my laptop has had several BSOD'S and i want to do a system restore but I can't because  before i can click apply to restore the system, the laptop rebootes. I have tried everything , i tried pressing shift+f8. I'll get the options to enable safe mode but then it rebootes again. How do i get into safe mode to fix my bsods?

I think shift+F8 no longer working because windows 8.1 boot so quick and because you using UEFI BIOS & SSD configuration

but you have another option

  1. Use the System Configuration Tool (msconfig.exe)
  2. Use Shift + Restart
  3. Boot from a System Recovery Memory Stick as Cyber_Defend_Team suggested
