Not sure where to post this but my New Dell Inspiron Win7(64) has a problem with caps lock. Whenever I hit caps lock, the keyboard locks up for 3-4 seconds. Is this normal behavior? Not sure if it's a Dell problem or a MS issue. Thanks - BillBill

It's a Dell problem covered by the warranty you paid for in the price of your Dell system. Dell is resposnible for Windows 7 support on the system they sell in accordance with their agreement with Microsoft, as well as their hardware. Thanks - I contacted Dell support and they said it is not a problem. Just normal behavior since a delay of 2-3 seconds is expected. Quite annoying when you are tyoing and 3 seconds of keystrokes are ignored. They clained I was the first to report the issue. Sounds like I'll have to learn to live with it. Although it may sway my decision during my next PC purchase. - Bill Bill
