whenever i am trying to install any programme that come with zip file geting error that central directory not found , i am using windows xp, plz provide the solution

Hi shailpande, 1. Are you able to extract the files from the zip folder successfully?2. Have you made any recent changes on the computer?3. Are you able to install all other programs on the computer?
