I have three users out of 54 that when they try to enroll for a certificate using certsrv web page, they receive an enrollment failed error. In the event log of our Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition Server, I see in the event Log the following error for these users: "CERTSRV_E_SIGNATURE_POLICY_REQUIRED" If I remove the check for "This number of authorized signatures" under the Issuance Requirements of the Certificate Template, the enrollmeess works fine. As this only happens to three users PC's out of 54, what can I do to resolve the issue?1 person needs an answerI do too
