I have been unable to open docx with the version of office that I possess namely 2003. I researched and found the answer is to download a compatibility pack. I did download and saw the arrow and got notification that the down load was complete. I must be missing something because I still was unable to open. I tried downloading file format converters, again I received communicatuion the download was complete again I was unable to open the docx.Please advise 1 person needs an answerI do too
