I recently bought a Netbook that came with Win 7 Starter. During startup, instead of the 4 swirling color dots I get the scrolling bars like Vista had. How do I change the Startup to the 4 color dots?

this is because your Display resolution is too small. You need at least a Screen resolution of 1024*700 (768) pixels. Your netbook mostly has only 600 vertical pixels. Thank you Andre. Looks like I'm stuck with it then ... bummer, but no big deal. I even did the Anytime Upgrade to Home Premium hoping it would change but it didn't since the max res. is still only 1024 x 600.
