In Disk Defragmenter, the 'File - Options' menu item opens a window with one "Disk Cleanup" tab. On that tab it says: "Changes to the view of a console file are saved in your profile." What is a "console file"? What "Changes to the view" does this refer to? Finally, what is 'my profile'?
