I have a machine that when you logon the initial logon screen is in French. The rest of the machine is in English. You can type your username & password in English just fine. I am looking on how to change it from French to English without possibly reloading Windows. The things that are in French are Username |Password | Logon to. Going intoControl Panel > Regional and Language Options doesn't apply to this. I have done a lot of research on the Internet and most of the information points to going into the Control Panel.If anyone has any insight on how to change this I greatly appreciate it.
