Mostly, this issue is caused by so many IP addresses are configured, data corruption occurs; Also, adding a lot of IP addresses to the virtual machine could cause the issue. If so, could you please test the issue in a physical machine on your network environment?Thanks.

Same result with firewall turned off. I'm trying to do this for a local adapter, not for a remote one. Would this change anything?
