Hi, Microsoft Security Essentials is free software that helps protect against viruses, spyware, worms, and other malicious or unwanted software. If you use Microsoft Security Essentials you don't need to install any other antivirus or antispyware software. In fact, if you run more than one antivirus or antispyware program at once it might affect your computer's performance. Regarding your current issue, I want to confirm if the message pops up when you are using Internet Explorer 8. If so, please check which version of Internet Explorer 8 you are using, 32-bit or 64-bit? In fact, Adobe Flash Player does not work with the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer 8. If the issue persists, you could reset the Internet Explorer 8 to default settings, then check the result. Or remove adobe flash player in Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features, then reinstall it, when the message pops up again, install flash player to check the result. Hope it helps.
