Was receiving this error with 64 bit Vista OS. Upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit and still receive the same error. Have confirmed ICS is stopped and "Allow other computters....." under 'Sharing' tab is not checked. Any other ideas? Using a Dell Inspiron laptop with Trend Micro anti virus. Any suggestions on what else could cause this error?Wendy Edwards

What is the exact error message? This issue can be caused by antivirus and firewall.
