Click and drag an item is unstable. By example, in Solitaire I may be able to pull down a card but it will often spring back. I also cannot 'click and drag' to crop a picture in photoshop, etc
This problem started suddenly ~ 2 weeks ago. I have run Norton 360 full virus scan several times, have run Microsoft Malicious software removal tool- nothing found. I have cleeaned unneeded files and checked hard drives for defrag and worst disc was 6%... Except for the 'click and drag' not working everything else seems to be OK... Any suggestions?
