In computer managment want to change user ".." group membership from Administrator to user but receive message " ONe or more errors occured while recording group membership changes for user .." and " The following error occured while attempting to save properies for user..; The specified account name is not member of the group" Everything is tried under build in Administrator login

Hi, thank you for posting here. At first, what membership configuration you are configuring? Check if the user is under Local Users and Groups -> Users folder. If so, double click this account, click Member Of tab and change the membership here. And can you create other users and change them with this administrator account? Please try to login in with Clean Boot and run computer management as an administrator: In put “Computer Management” in Search box, right click computer management and choose “Run as administrator”. Also you can create another administrator account and login with it to see if the same issue occurs. Hope it helps.
