I installed the most recent windows updates. Since restarting my computer afterward, it has been hanging/freezing for a half second every 2-3 seconds. I notice it most while trying to move the mouse or while watching a video (someone talking seems to stutter on about every 5th word). The clock on the computer has also been slowing down. It gets about 10-12 minutes behind before it catches back up. When I look at the task manager, I don't see anything taking up a lot of cpu. Restarting the computer did not help. I've never had this problem before. Any suggestions?1 person got this answerI do too
