Computer infected with Windows Police Pro, Security Tool, Security Central and Antivirus Pro.. all at once. Internship computer- I can't risk losing any data!
Hello,My internship computer just randomly got infected with all of the programs mentioned above. I don't know how it happened since I was just browsing my normal sites (i.e. gmail, hotmail). Here's what I've tried to do:- Tried to download Malwarebyte on cnet.com : Windows Police Pro blocked it from opening after the download completed- Tried to download Spydoctor : same thing happened as above- Tried to download Malwarebyte with Safemode withNetworking : a blue screen came up telling me that I am not allowed to work in Safemode. - Tried to open up task manager to end the Windows Police Pro program and quickly download Malwarebyte : this internship computer doesn't let me access the Task Manager at allI read a few articles about messing with the registry(?) and changing the file names from .exe to something else, but I couldn't quite understand how to do those and know nothing about computers and so don't wish to mess something up.Please help! The only thing I can open is internet explorer- the control panel, microsoft word... nothing else works! This computer is an XP. I believe this laptop is about 5-10 years old.Thank you so much in advance!1 person needs an answerI do too

boot from a live linux cd - eg. puppy linux, which will allow you to backup your data, then wipe windoze completely & and install a new windoze.
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now
