Have XP 2002 version. Recently started up computer after 5 mths of being away. Have Apple laptop running fine on wireless network. Also able to send to wireless printer a doc from Word altho the printer goes thru all the motions without actually being printed. Have Linksys which thru their diagnostics showed I was connected to the network and to the internat.. Several years ago I had dial up but have not used it in years. altho still get dial up requests. Mainly cannot get on internet.MSN 2 attempts at signing in program cannot display web page,same with IE. Linksys wireless manager confirms connected to my network and have internet connection with low [2 bar] signal strength. This same system worked good last year but I have moved the router to a more central location in the house- Apple works fine everywhere. This computer has not been used since May and in a different location I move the router and the Linksys back and forth.Added Quicken 2011 which has internet backup on my other computer.Tried to recheck wireless with Linksys wireless manager,checked all security codes,checked wireless printer function. Thanks for your help.
