Are you doing this through Windows Media Player? And is your 360 connected to your network through wireless?

Also it sounds as if you PC is using some other internet signal not on your network, you said your PC was on wireless right?

Yes, my pc is connected with the internet with WLAN (wireless). My xbox is connected with my pc with LAN. What do you mean with Media Player? I thought that was only for music and vids.

Yes thats what media player is for but if media player can't see your xbox then that means they are not on the same network, may be your modem has a high NAT setting, it needs to be open so the 360 can connect to live.

Find the web site to samsung or do a google search for that model of router & see if you can login to it & make changes to its settings.
