We've tried:<o:p></o:p>

- run outlook.exe /resetfolders<o:p></o:p>

- run outlook.exe /restore<o:p></o:p>

- Recreated Outlook profile<o:p></o:p>

- Deleted and recreated Lync user account<o:p></o:p>

- Created a new folder manually in Outlook called "Conversation History"
- Configure outlook in different system<o:p></o:p>

- uncheck and checked the Lync option "save my message conversation in conversation history folder in outlook"<o:p></o:p>

When we selecting the conversation history option in Lync then can able to see the few recent conversations and if we click on the view more in outlook option its redirecting to outlook client and saying specified folder is not available. Could anyone please help me on this issue.

Hi Rajesh Pramanik,

If only one user has this issue, you can check the following steps.

1.  Please check the EWS and MAPI status. Make sure all of them are working properly.

2.  Please check if you moved the folder by dragging and dropping. Since you moved it, the folder really cant be that far.

You can get a list of folders via the Folder Size option. Outlook will list all your folders in an easy to scroll window so you can quickly review the names of the folders that you have. It will also reveal the full folder path so that you can easily browse to it once youve found it.

a.  Right click on the root of your mailbox.

b.  Choose Properties.

c.  Click the Folder Size button

You can also check on your exchange management powershell for the existence of the folder.
