I would like to be able to copy only the message portion (body) of OE6 E-mails to other programs or files in a plain text format. I have tried "highlighting" only this portion with the intention to "copy" and "paste" but it will not work. I can, of course, select and copy the entire E-mail but I just want to select and copy all or a portion of the actual message without any other information. Can someone please help?

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; WinXP 64-bit SP2) as well as your current IE version (e.g., IE6, IE7, IE8) when posting in an IE-specific forum or newsgroup. Sorry for not providing all the information you needed (WinXP SP3 32-bit; IE8). I tried your suggestion and I am able to Copy and Paste into either Notepad or Wordpad and then Copy and Paste from there to where I want the info to go. Can't believe it's that easy, but I've searched the web for hours trying to find an answer before contacting you. Thank you so very much.
